This day I spent trimming the windows.  I’d heard that you don’t want the super tight fit in the flange, and that was alright with me.  I’m actually going to use epoxy and glass to install the windows and windshield, but I don’t think trimming them changes with that.  Whatever.  I trimmed them, and now they fit.  The windshield took a bit of doing because it’s thicker, and when you’re sneaking up on the sizing by cutting just a sliver at a time, you can really make a career out of it.  I didn’t have much luck (maybe patience) with sanding the windshield edges, but i did kind of use the edge of the diegrinder with the cutoff wheel on it, and that worked well to sneak up on the dimension I was going for.  the back windows were a breeze.  so thin, I bent them to my will without trying too hard.  yay.  It looks pretty sweet with a windshield in there.  Then you take it off and put it back away.  Crap.
