This is a pile of flap parts that we're deburring. Flap Crap. Then we get on to cleaning and alodining the parts... fun. While Bethany's doing that, I'm busy dimpling the flap skins with the new KICK ASS DRDT-2 dimpler. it's the bomb. really. It also makes working on the airplane together much nicer, cause we don't have to put on ear protection while I'm whacking the C-frame dimpler. yay. Here's possibly the most important thing to remember to do... re-mark the parts after alodining, but before painting, so you can see the marks for re-assembly. After she's done, I'll paint the parts, then we can rivet tomorrow. yay.
