Alright! now the elevators! cut apart the ribs using the bandsaw... deburr etc. cleco... also make the counterbalance rib pieces...

alright... and here's the part where i screw up something. i bent up the little closeout tabs on the skins, and i bent them a little short. Hard to explain, here's a little picture. i'm sure i could have made it work, but i really wanted it to be perfect. i think you'd notice the gap between the trim tab and the elevator being funny, and i didn't want that. so - time to reorder the skins.
